How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and order volume.

* Lagos deliveries: Same day or next day delivery.
* Outside Lagos: 2–4 working days.

Please note that delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, although this is rare. If there will be any delay beyond the estimated timeframe, we will definitely communicate with you accordingly.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery charges vary depending on your location and order size.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided to help you monitor the status of your delivery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns and only offer conditional exchanges. Exchanges are considered only when the wrong item has been sent. In such cases, we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost to the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to package and protect every order before dispatch. To help us resolve any damage-related concerns, customers are required to record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening their package. The video should show the package and its contents clearly from the moment it is opened. Damage claims without a valid unboxing video may not be considered.

Do you offer payment on delivery?

No. We currently do not offer payment on delivery. Full payment is required before an order can be processed and dispatched.
